A. Dreamer
About the author
I write because I must — to tame the ache, to ask the questions that won’t stay quiet.
My name isn’t important. My silence often is.
Call me A. Dreamer — someone who peers into shadows not to escape the light, but to understand what shapes it.
The Meaning Behind the Logo
“Yearnings” is more than a title. It’s the thread that binds everything I write.
Each character in my world carries their own yearning—desire, grief, purpose, delusion. These individual threads twist and cross and clash, forming the tapestry of the story.
The golden thread and needle in the logo represent that act of weaving: stories stitched from pain and hope alike.
The circle of stars is a reflection of the sky in a well—an image of looking into the void, but still daring to reach for something beyond.
And the wooden line crossing the logo? That’s the well’s windlass, the ancient pulley that lets us draw something up from the deep—truth, memory, maybe even redemption.
This is the world of Yearnings—stitched in shadow, threaded with light.
